Cool Coal or 'Cold Coal' is the name of the work created on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Culture in the Hainaut province, Belgium . Coal, a strong symbol of the nostalgic industrial past, is used for cooling rather than heating. A brilliant idea which is in line with the works of the artist accustomed to playing with objects to divert their meaning. Text Ronald Isaac.
* Cool Coal was produced in 1200 copies by the workshops of the Keramis Museum in La Louvière, Belgium for the Province of Hainaut.
